Welcome to The Mimosa Bakery where Holly Cook uses her creativity to design beautiful bespoke cakes, cookies and treats for weddings, celebrations , corporate and other special events. Holly will use her knowledge and expertise to design a cake to your specification, whether you are looking for an elegant wedding cake, a stunning hand painted birthday cake or something fun for a party or gift. Holly will work closely with you from your initial complimentary no obligation consultation through to the careful delivery and set up of the cake at your chosen venue.

All our cakes and decorations are expertly made by Holly, using only the finest quality ingredients and using organic and local suppliers where possible. This ensures that the cakes not only look fabulous but the taste mouthwateringly good too. Holly prides herself on her attention to detail creating a beautiful cake that will compliment your special occassion.

Based in the pretty historic market town of Stamford in Lincolnshire delivering to Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Rutland, and Leicestershire.

Our premises have been inspected by South Kesteven District Council and comply with the Food Safety Act 1990, Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006 and Regulation (EC) No 852/2004
